The police are raiding Paulie's Revue Bar, with Toni needing to get Salvatore Leone away from the club and the police. Toni wants O'Toole to pay him his money, so O'Toole and Toni go around the Red Light District, getting money from O'Toole’s prostitutes. Vincenzo wants Toni to pick up a car full of drugs near Portland Harbor. Some of Vincenzo’s men have messed up a raid on a petrol station, with Vincenzo telling Toni to go sort the mess out. Hot Wheels (Cilli) Snappy Dresser (Ma Cipriani) However, someone is putting pressure on O'Toole, so Toni is told to deal with him.
Joseph Daniel O'Toole wants to join the Leone Family, with Vincenzo wanting to use him as an inside man against the Sindacco Family. Vincenzo has Toni kill members of the Sindacco Family, as they had killed a Leone Family drug dealer. Vincenzo has Toni take a reluctant drug dealer to Chinatown. Toni has to drive Vincenzo back to his warehouse in Atlantic Quays, and on the way stops off at Toni’s new home where he changes clothing. He goes to Salvatore’s home, where Salvatore assigns him to Vincenzo Cilli. A cut scene showing Toni’s return to Liberty City.
